If you are looking to stay someplace pretty cheap for the area and decent quarters - this is a nice choice.
Good continental breakfast. Well stocked choice of bagels, toast, pastries, along with usual cereal and apples. Lots of coffee always ready, no wait. Liked having rack of ny City pamphlets as well. Nice new shower sink in room.
Minor concern, bath room seemed to be part way through paint job and then not finished, door to room as well.
Great price, clean, nice granite countertops. Nice staff.
Several inches of snow had not been shoveled off the steps by 8 am. We had to trudge through it. I thought that was pretty unacceptable, and dangerous.
The hotel is a great value - our son is a student at Fordham and this hotel is a short drive from the Bronx. You cannot beat the value! We have been back several times. Ample parking, microwave and refrigerator, free internet, breakfast - it's all good.
Recently renovated old style strip Motel. Staff friendly and helful, clean, good matress, Stayed warm in 20 degree weather. Quick access to highways. Local restaurants and fast food nearby. Furniture good and room well laid out. Has refrigerator and microwave.
Towels were new and clean but a little light weight. Roomwell laid out but no stand for suitcase. Would like to have had a lamp on the witing table.
The locations was ideal, I was able to drive into the city shop, went to the casino and hit the night life and be back at the hotel room in just a 15-20 min ride. I can't imagin paying the overpriced hotel and parking in the city/
There was oranges in a drawer... bizzar/
The price was the best I could find and the staff were friendly. The room had free cable which was nice.
Small breakfast 1 ice machine for the whole place some of the units did not appear to be well kept
Know the motel for many years since 2004, which is why I go back every year, but since then have made no intervention of the rooms are worn out and ruined furniture. this year during our stay changed the TV, but does it take an intervention on the furniture. For this reason I do not think I will return in this structure.
structure is not clean enough, other similar views during the journey of 21 days seemed especially those best type motel6
Place is about a 1 and 1/2 star at best. No lobby just a pay window. Rooms are big but mostly yard sale furniture, and the bathroom is 1959ish.
Not very clean
You park you car right in front of your room. Makes it easy to load and unload. Old but had what we needed to be comfortable. Quiet. Convenient to have the continential breakfast.
For me the bed was a little hard but I have joint problems and like a soft topper on my mattress.
It was very comfortable and nice and quiet.
I enjoyed the way the staff were all pleasant and did not bother me very accomodating with housekeeping always asked if I was ok. I felt very secure there and would really recommend this motel.
The smoking rooms were a bit old maybe they could update it a bit
Very high speed internet and ready access to interstate highways in centralized White Plains area
Breakfast service was very minimal with no where to sit.
Location...right off Exit 7 Interstate 87 (New York Thruway). Easy to find. Nice flat screen tv mounted on the wall. Many cable channels to choose from.
Not bad for the price. Furniture rather dated and somewhat scratched. The water in the bathroom sink poured out dirty brown when you first turn it on.
The location, the price, the comfort of the bed, cleanliness I would rate three out of five, I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. I liked it so much I spent an extra night. However, the walls are too thin. I heard everything that was taking place in adjoining rooms.
The very thin walls. I heard everything that was going on in adjoining rooms which kept me awake on certain nights.
